The Roost is our newest addition to Bay Farms Bed and Breakfast and is located on the third floor, but it is worth the climb! It is newly remodeled and absolutely oozing with character! A king-size bed awaits you, but for an additional fee of $45 it can be converted into two twin XL beds. You will sleep like a baby on our top-of-the-line pillow-top mattresses and luxury *Comphy Sheets that feel like satin. There is an en-suite bathroom that has been completely remodeled with an over-sized stand-up ceramic shower big enough for two. You will love the character of the exposed brick and original hardwood floors. We handmade the sliding barn door, and all of the wooden planks on the wall were hand-picked from my grandfather’s farm for the perfect finish. Enjoy a movie on the smart TV with Netflix and Hulu. Each room has individual heating and air conditioning along with Wi-Fi.
